Hawkstar's eyes raised up slightly.
"Not blind, but she fights like she is," he muttered to Brackentail.
The dark brown tabby sized up the rouge, his eyes narrowed with thought.
Hawkstar turned his back, took a few steps, and sat down, his thick tail wrapped around his paws.
"Kill her," he commanded in a hard voice.

Volt crouched down hesitantly. It was the only thing she could do as the two toms forced her to answer their relentless questions that she could not make out words to answer. Taking another few steps backward she let otu a hiss. "None of your Buisness!" She spat rather rudely. Now she was starting to shudder. She could hear their rough voices and how large they seemed to be with their heavy footsteps upon the ground as they landed with hard thuds. Her tail lashed from side to side waiting for a moment her blind eyes seemed to be seeking something in the distance, neither focused upon the two larger toms. Her stomach suddenly let out a groan as hunger continued clawing at her conciousness. I am blind you bumbling idiots! she thought yet wasn't willing to say so. Her pride was one thing the blind loner would never give down. She let out a faint hiss of annoyance. Fights terribly? I do not! Volt knew she was off today which was likely because she was as hungry as ever. It was true. She wasnt fighting as well as usual, but why blame her? Food was something hard to find as a loner and this way of stealing lead many cats to a quick death which Volt knew was as near as ever.

'Kill her.'

At that command, Volt gasped, suddenly freezing in place only for a few faint heartbeats. Oh no... She took another step back, only to find herself now pressing against the back bushes of the clearing. She winced slightly as the prickly branches pressed against her fur nearly peircing into her skin. For a moment, her whole body shuddered in pure fear. Terror from the larger toms seemed to get at her now. Volt stood like that for a few more heartbeats before suddenly realizing something. Get a hold of yourself, Volt! You can beat these two! She scolded herself suddenly regaining her confidence as well as control over her body. Volt lashed her tail from side to side then took a strong step forward. "Bring it on..." She whispered in a low tone as she braced herself for a battle that may well end her life.
