Nightwind sat for a second at the border chewing at her bottom lip. She narrowed her eyes as Goldenrod taunted her. Her claws were sheathed she would need it for the injures that came with winter. Then pushing all the bad thoughts out of her mind she raced across the border. Then she heard the sound of another cat.

Thistlepaw had woken up especially early this morning for extra hunting-training by herself -- she knew she wasn't really supposed to be out of camp without permission from her mentor, but she figured that she'd get back before any cat even noticed. How could even possibly get in trouble for being out early for practice, anyway? It was a good thing, so she'd be fine, the apprentice reassured herself as she stepped lightly towards the border with BoneClan.
The crackling of twigs and dried fallen leaves alerted her to the presence of another cat; Thistlepaw pricked her ears and her eyes widened slightly. Oh, mousedung, had she been caught already? She cautiously made her way towards the source of the noise, ears now flattened against her head and not really attempting to muffle her pawsteps as she suddently caught the scent of -- BoneClan?
Thistlepaw blinked confusedly at the pitch-black she-cat, who smelled very much like the Clan from over the border and certainly not from StormClan. "Um... why are you over your border?" she asked politely, wondering what exactly she was supposed to do.

She turned around her eyes wide. Then to her surprise she found an apprentice. That was close Nightwind. She looked at the the cat in front of her."Im Nightwind " she said dipping her head then she continued on "I need the Goldenrod there" she said pointing a long black tail at the plant. "Normally I can find it over by the Black pond but this year it didn't sprout". Nightwind hoped this apprentice wouldn't call for help or attack her she had enough things to think about.
